ISO: South African Date & Nut Pudding

Misc.

I recently had this served warm, however it is really more like a cake than a
pudding. It is similar to a banana cake as the dates are pureed, but it's
extremely light in texture. Does anyone have this recipe by chance?

Thank you,

Linda
