Speaking of lamb...

Misc.
and other greek things, I was just looking up Gina's recipe for spanikopeta, I have tried it before and found it to be very authentic. And I used to live in a Greek neighbourhood in Toronto, so I have some authority on this matter.

How about a Greek dinner? While it is true it takes a lot of prep, it is also true it can all be done ahead of time, so you can enjoy your guests, too.

I'm thinking spanikopeta, greek salad, tzaziki and crudite, since you already have the dessert angle covered.

I have recipes for all of the above, and they are all in the works at my house this week, so I guess that's how it came to mind!

Cheers!

Carolyn!
