Suppli or Arancini

I don't have a recipe, but know what you're talking about. I ate them many years ago when I was studying Italian. They're called "suppli" (which means croquettes) or "suppli al telefono" (because the melted mozzarella cheese pulls out in strings like a telephone cord) or "arancini" (which means oranges, from their shape and color). Maybe you can find the recipe in a cookbook or on the Internet by looking up these names.
