Recipe: Chocolate and Peanut Butter Truffles (using sweetened condensed milk)

1 cup Reese's Peanut Butter Chips
3/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup unsweetened Cocoa powder
1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
COATING OPTIONS:
Finely chopped nuts, unsweetened cocoa powder, graham cracker crumbs or confectioners'' sugar
In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with butter. Stir in cocoa powderuntil smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla; cook and stir until thickened and well blended, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Chill 2 hours until firm enough to handle.
Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in any of the above coatings. Chill until firm, about 1 hour. Store covered in refrigerator.
Makes about 3 dozen
