This Sounds Great

Misc.
I am always looking for new seafood recipes. Thanks for this great salmon dish. We also try very hard to eat as healthy as possible. We limit our beef to twice a week. I just don't want to give up beef all together. I just like it too much. This doesn't stop me from cooking however, I just take it to work or to the neighbors! They love it.

My DH still eats his desserts even though he tries to eat healthy in other ways. He is 6'4" and never has to worry about his weight. He is a runner and that really helps.

Take care and keep posting.
