Tip: Cinnamon Roll Filling

Check out Dayle's recipes above, they look pretty good.
That gooey cinnamon stuff is traditionally good cinnamon mixed with white or brown sugar. The dough is rolled out and then melted butter is spread onto the dough and then the cinnamon-sugar mixture is sprinkled onto it and then the dough is rolled up like a Buche de Noel, cut into slices and then baked.
the second recipe, with the brown sugar looks to be gooeier than the first, but as I said before they both look good.
