Recipe: Red Hot Appetizers (Heinz Ketchup, 1988)

3/4 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1 tablespoon Heinz Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 pound frankfurters, cut into 1-inch pieces
In saucepan, combine 8 ingredients; bring to boil. Add frankfurter pieces to ketchup mixture; cover, simmer 15 minutes or until frankfurters are heated, stirring occasionally.
Serve in chafing dish with food picks.
Makes 40-50 appetizers
