Recipe: Easy Broccoli Souffle (blender or food processor)

EASY BROCCOLI SOUFFLE

"The easiest souffl recipe, ever!"

1 1/2 cups cooked broccoli, thoroughly drained*
1 1/2 cups milk
4 eggs
1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt

In blender or food processor, puree broccoli. Add remaining ingredients; blend well. Pour into medium casserole.

Bake, uncovered, in 400 degrees F oven 20 minutes, or until souffl is puffy and top is browned. Serve immediately.

PRESENTATION:
Sprinkle with additional grated Cheddar cheese.

*Other vegetables, such as carrots or peas, can be substituted for the
broccoli.

Makes 6 servings
