Tips: Hot Weather Dinner Ideas

Misc.
Get the book Fresh and Fast by Marie Simmons. Marie writes a column for
Bon Appetite magazine, towards the back of the magazine. The column and
the book offer fast and fresh recipes using simple ingredients and
techniques.

Fish and chicken simply grilled with fruit salsas (made with mangos, papayas, melon or pineapples) are great on hot days. Cold pasta salads, couscous
salads, rice salads and lentil salads are simple, quick to prepare and can
be made in advance.

Lots of fresh fruit on a plate with two sorbets and some crunchy granola
makes a great breakfast, lunch or dessert. Good luck!
