Tips: Roasted Chicken with Vegetables

If you put tin foil over the wings and legs for 1/2 the baking time, then remove it for the
last half, your chicken should turn our perfect. Also, try par-boiling your vegetables before
adding them to your roasted chicken. I do this with my potatoes and carrots, and it comes
out very nicely.

If you want to try something different, brush your chicken with orange juice, a little garlic,
and 1 Tablespoon of honey. It makes it nice an brown, and a good flavor.
