To keep veggies from rotting or wilting in the fridge...

Misc.

To keep veggies from rotting or wilting in the fridge, wrap a slightly damp paper towel around them before putting them in a plastic bag. Sometimes they're so wet from the grocery store that they just rot in the plastic bag. Sometimes they dry out and wilt. This way, they keep until you're ready for them!

There, that's my tip! Now, I want to thank you all for your great tips/recipes and your company over the past few months! I'm headed to another job in a REAL OFFICE on Monday, so this is the end of my telecommuting in pajamas! When I get real e-mail again, I'll check in.

Bye!!

Sharon
