Tried the lemon rosemary chicken tonite..

but with a few changes. I used chicken breasts only and did grill them -- I also stuck the breasts into the plastic bag, frozen, and let them sit at room temperature for an hour. For me, that was plenty -- the marinade is very lemony and any more than that would have been too much for me. Loved the flavor tho and even have one piece left over -- think it'll be great sliced on top of a tossed salad for lunch tomorrow!
