Risa - I look forward to your weekly recipes. They're terrific. Last week I made your chicken breast Mole and it was delicious (and easy). I added to it some toasted almonds, grilled the poblano pepper and added some cinnamon. Then threw it all in the blender before serving -- yum! I've made the more laborious classic mole and I swear this was just as good and so easy. Keep your weekly menu and recipes coming. I'm planning my grocery list around this week's listing!
