Try some simple rice pudding
Misc.I don't have much experience in this area, but when one of our family is sick or doesn't feel like eating, we make rice pudding. It's easy to digest (unless she can't tolerate milk), easy to chew and swallow, and you get some nutritional value from the milk & rice, and raisins if you add them. Just simmer 1/2 cup rice (arborio or Italian works best), with 1/3 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp. cornstarch and 4 cups of milk; let it simmer about an hour, until most of the milk is absorbed, and then chill it. You can add raisins or cinnamon or some citrus zest if you like. Also, try giving her some grape juice (the real stuff), if she can't eat. Best of luck!
