Recipe(tried): Pat, Ct. re. senior foods
Misc.Hi Pat, One of our family favorites, young and old is to eat Pastina during any illness. It is the smallest pasta you can purchase and comes in a small square box. I see after your post name you have CT. Is that for Connecticut? If so you should be able to find it in your local grocery store, made by Ronzoni. They make a egg pastina and spinach pastina. We follow the directions on the box and add a lightly beaten egg for extra nutrition. We top with butter before serving. It is delicious and sooo good for you!
