Turbo Cooker as seen on QVC

Misc.
Has anyone used the Turbo Cooker - it was on QVC on Wed. It is steam convection cooking on the range top. I'm interested in whether it is worth the money. Does it really make food taste like it has been fried and crisp. Do vegtables steamed in the rack above the food take on the taste of the food below. Thanks for your help.
