Misc.

Hello,

In a gingerbread house cookbook I have there's a picture of a gingerbread ark and the animals are 6-8" cookies (two of each) colorfully decorated to look like the animal. The animal cookie cutters should be easy to find - Noah looked like a modified santa cutter may have been use. The two white doves were made out of decorator's icing and perched on the top. I think these would look great in and around the ark cake you're describing.
