Uses of crawfish

Misc.

Crawfish can be prepared as you would shrimp. My favorite is etoufee and boiled. You can make fetticina(mispelled), gumbo, pies (like meat pies), jambalaya, and as I stated, they can be substituted for any seafood. If you are interested, I'll post some recipes, let me know.
