There is no real way to boil crawfish.
SOUTHERN STYLE CRAWFISH
Crawfish
salt
1 to 2 bags of Louisiana crawfish boil (depending on lbs of crawfish) for spicy 1 bag for every 10 lbs
corn on the cob
potatoes
sausage links
Clean the crawfish first. Soak in water with 1/2 container of salt added, this will clean out the dirt. Let sit while you get your water to boiling.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add crawfish seasoning to water if you like them spicy (which is the best). The seasoning should make your noise run and sneeze. Add corn and let corn cook for 20 minutes.
Then add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
Add sausage links; cook for 10 minutes or until done.
Put in it what ever else tickles your tummy. Throw in crab and shrimp or what ever vegetable you like
Drain crawfish and add to pot. Watch while cooking - when they begin to float they are ready. The only way to mess up crawfish is by overcooking them.
