ISO: Patsy/AR, couple questions

Misc.

A couple questions. I have never bought or eaten crawfish but understand very good. 1st question; Should they be shelled? If so before you cook or after?
2nd question. I heard somewhere that you suck the brains out? Is that a joke or do people do that? Thanks for your reply.
