Steven,
The best way I have found to cook deer meat is to place it in a good covered
baking dish or aluminum foil works great (easier clean up). Cover the meat with
Cream of Mushroom soup and put in the oven! Its the only way my husband will
eat venison. It gets very tender and isn't dry. Just cook for the amount of time that you would any other roast that you want well done.
