Very good recipe dear Jackie! Will this work in an old carbon grill?

I have heard that WEBER GRILLS are the best. Unfortunately, there are no WEBER dealers in PR. I searched in Amazon.com for Weber Grills & the price is fair but they only send them to the contiguous United States. Perhaps I can convince the manager at Home Depot to bring that brand, but maybe they have exclusivity with char-broil grills.

Anyway, dear friend, the Pork Chops recipe seems to be delicious. I will try it soon.
