Welbilt Bread Machine Instructions

When you get there, use the search box on the left to search for: welbilt
You'll find some basic recipes to get you started. You can also use other recipes, just be sure not to use a recipe for a larger loaf than your machine can accomodate. Here's an approximate guide:

1 lb machine = maximum of 2 cups flour
1 1/2 lb machine = maximum 3 cups flour
2 lb machine = maximum 4 cups flour

Also, the usual order of ingredients going into a Welbilt bread machine is - liquid first, then flour, then yeast (make a little well in the top of the flour for the yeast). If you're using the delayed start, put your salt in before the flour and yeast so it doesn't come in contact with the yeast while sitting (if you're not using delayed start it doesn't matter - it will all start mixing together when you turn on the machine).
