Hi Julie,

Wow, these recipes are outstanding and I am sure they taste great because you are a gfood cook.

The ostrich lasagna sounds divine. I have yet to see that meat in stores in the US. but I am sure they are somewhere as I saw an Ostrich Farm up I-75 heading north in Florida.

I copied your recipes for future use. Glad to see you haven't lost the desire to cook.
