Where to order parts for NordicWare Tender Cooker

Replacement parts can be ordered from the NordicWare Company at 5005 Hwy 7, Minneapolis, MN 55416-2276, or you can call toll free at 1-(877)466-7342. Or go to their website at: http://www.nordicware.com/contact. I bought a used cooker at a yard sale. I had no book and needed a rubber gasket. I was able to get all missing parts and the book from the company at very reasonable prices and the current recipe book has loads more recipes than that older phamplets that I've seen.
