Recipe(tried): Shepards Pie

SHEPARD'S PIE

I make Shepard's pie with mixed veggies, cream corn, and onion cooked with ground beef and topped with mashed potatoes.

2 lbs ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
3 to 4 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 (1 lb) can mixed vegetables, drained
1 (1 lb) can cream style corn
shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Brown your ground beef with an onion diced up in it; drain.

Spread the ground beef-onion mixture in the bottom of a casserole dish.

Layer the mixed vegetables over the ground beef, then the cream style corn.

Spread the mashed potatoes over the top.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes with oven set at 375 degrees F.

Take out and top with cheddar cheese put it back in the oven until the cheese is melted.
