Dear Thomas,

Thank you for sharing such a yummy sounding recipe for scallops...the picture is beautiful also! I bet they would be incredible in a baby greens salad with gorgonzola cheese and figs and a champagne vinaigrette dressing!

I have copied this to make during the holidays...thanks for sharing and please keep on contributing little gems like this one!
