Recipe: Baked Spaghetti with Pepperoni (using milk, eggs, ground meat and cheese)

BAKED SPAGHETTI WITH PEPPERONI

1 lb. uncooked spaghetti noodles
1 cup milk
2 eggs
2 cups spaghetti sauce
1 lb. ground hamburger or ground turkey
6 small round slices pepperoni, cut in small pieces
2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.

Beat milk and eggs together with fork until well blended; mix with the drained spaghetti. Spread in a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Top with spaghetti sauce; set aside.

Fry meat; drain fat. Crumble meat and sprinkle on top of spaghetti and sauce. Sprinkle pepperoni on top of meat. Top with Mozzarella.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until cheese is browned.
