XMAS PUNCH

Misc.

Hi, I have a great punch recipe that is SO simple.
1/2 gallon pineapple sherbet, slightly softened
2 liter of 7-up

Place sherbet in punch bowl and pour 7-up slowly over it. The sherbet will melt slightly and makes the punch a pretty foamy cream color. I have also used this as a dessert, place scoops of sherbet in goblet and pour 7-up over it--very refreshing and not sweet!! Hope you enjoy!!!
