Call Bentonville, AR. Everything is run out of there. The joke in the stores is that if it's too warm/cold, it must be because of the weather in Bentonville. This is a huge corporation and it isn't run by a gentle old fellow riding around in his old read pickup truck and they buy American when it's the cheapest.

We have an import company, so I know what I'm talking about. It's a good company, but it's not saintly and they want to know about complaints in order to keep their business. They have no qualms about confronting their vendors either. Their employees have excellent benefits and many have stock in the company, so they should be very accomodating to their public.
