Something I found out...

Misc.

I got some bad chicken at our Super Wal-Mart and called to tell them about it. At first they said to bring it back and I told them that my dog backed off when I opened it and I was not going to put it in my car. They understood and said that the next time I was in to bring the receipt to customer service and tell them my problem. I did and got double my money back. They have a 200% satisfaction guarantee!!! Our customer service is pretty good. They have a lot of patience. At the end of our fiscal year at work, my boss and I had about $600 we had to spend and went to Wal-Mart. We had to check out through customer service since it was done through a purchase order and the lady was so friendly! I am really impressed with the grocery store part of the store.
