Sally, GA- about service...

Misc.

if you call the store and ask for the Bentonville, AR address they will provide it. You can be sure your letter will get back to your local manager.

I wrote to the CEO of WalMart about an employee who had on numerous occassions gone out of her way to be helpful and friendly when our school was purchasing numerous TV/Vcr's at different times during a year. Because some things are not reordable stock she always had to look up numbers for us and be sure they stocked X number of the item we wanted.

She clalled me one day to say "Thank You". My letter had been returned to her accompanied with one from the CEO- read aloud at a staff meeting! So, I'm sure if they went to the trouble to forward thr Good News that will certainily make sure the manager is aware of problems.
