You Could Make it a Muffaletta with some Olive Salad . . .

You could make the sandwich a little extra special if you used a little store-bought or homemade olive salad -- New Orleans-style. And you could also melt the cheese into the bread by briefly putting the bread/cheese (already spread or not with the olive salad) into the oven under the broiler. Just a thought. ;0) laa
