Using a two day prep is a great idea, as I am always short on time these days.

When my kids were preschoolers, and I was at home all day with them, I used to cook up a storm. I was often bored, and looking for something to fill the time and challenge me. It was such fun, and both my boys love to cook, as they spent many years as my sous-chefs!

Now there seems to be less time in the day. But I love the recipe, and I thank you so much for posting it.
