Hi Elaine,

I'm going to keep looking for your recipe and I hope others will too. I have a feeling it's around but that the brand name has been taken out of the recipe when it was copied. If you can give any other clues to the recipe such as what type of beans and other ingredients that you can remember it would help in the search.

Jack Rabbit brand beans are packaged by Trinidad Benham Corporation. I didn't see any recipes on their web site but here is their customer service address if you want to try asking them (please share the recipe if you find it!)
