Recipe(tried): Oriental Hodge Podge (chicken)

Misc.
My husband would eat this every night if I let him.

Oriental Hodge Podge

4 cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, shredded
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
1 T. Sesame Oil
1 T. Soy Sauce
1 t. salt
1/4 cup peanut oil

Put hot shredded chicken in a shallow baking dish. Cover with green onions. Mix sesame oil, soy sauce and salt. Pour over chicken and green onions and stir. Heat the peanut oil to slighlty smoking and pour over top. Mix and serve over rice. Wonderful!
