1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 can green chilies, type depending on your choice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Lawry's Season Salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 can tomatoes, drained (reserve the juice)
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
Brown the ground beef. Drain off the grease. Add the onion, green chilies, and seasonings. Add tomatoes. Allow to come to a boil. Add grated cheese. Stir until cheese is completely melted.
Mixture can be made thin by adding the reserved juice. This creates a Mexican Chili.
Mixture can be thickened to make burritos, tacos, or other concoctions of your dreams. To do this, add 1 Tbsp. flour to some of the reserved juice. Then, add and QUICKLY stir in to the boiling mixture. For burritos and tacos, the mixture is ready.
