A healthy drink that is also very delicious is a Fruit Smoothie, courtesy
of the Fit for Life books.

1/2 cup natural fruit juice
1 cup cut fruit
1 frozen banana

Put the whole thing in the blender and let it go until the banana is pureed. It's pure fruit but you will swear it tastes like a milkshake.
