Recipe(tried): Low Fat Chicken Fingers

Misc.

Thank you, Lynda. I'v been noticing that alot of people on the net cook their chicken at 375 or higher. Here is my low-fat chicken finger recipe. Just to let you know, I found out that turkey breasts are much lower fat than chicken breasts, so I made my fingers recipe with turkey and my husband loved it. He thought it was chicken!!! Chicken Fingers: cook at 350 for approx. 20 minutes. Cut up chicken into strips. Dip into mixture of flour, seasoning salt and any other desired spices. Then dip into mixture of egg-whites and sm. amount of lemon juice. Next dip into bread crumbs. Put strips onto a non-stick baking sheet and spray strips with Pam (we use olive oil pam). This browns them nicely. I flip them after 10 minutes. (optional). Let me know how they turn out. Take care, Elana.
