Hot Shoppes Yeast Rolls

Misc.
In the copycat section under the "R", there is a recipe for Ryan's or Quincy's rolls. I typed the recipe, word for word out of the Hot Shoppes Cookbook and posted it on one of the boards. I gave credit to Hot Shoppes. How did it get to be Ryan's and Quincy's recipes and who is Mastercook?
