Recipe(tried): Becky's Sauteed Spinach

Wash and remove stem from spinach, heat skillet, add olive oil (few tablespoons) add crushed garlic, saute a minute -don't over cook garlic will be bitter. Add spinach (if spinach still has a few drops of water remaining - it's ok just adds steam), saute until wilted add salt/pepper and I like a splash of Balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar. Also chopped boiled eggs.
