Recipe(tried): Wholegrain Bread

I'm assuming that you know the whole bread by hand concept.

WHOLEGRAIN BREAD

3 to 3 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups water
2 tbsp.honey
2 tbsp. dry milk
2 Tbsp. wheat gluten
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. olive oil (butter or margarine if you wish)
2 tsp. instant yeast (or 1 1/2 tsp. regular yeast)

Then you can add cracked flax or millet, cracked wheat, sesame seeds or anything you like.
