Recipe: Baked Party Pea Casserole

Main Dishes - Casseroles

2 cans (16 oz. each) small garden peas
2 cans (3 1/2 oz. each) French fried onions
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can (5 oz.)sliced water chestnuts
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Combine drained peas, French fried onions, soup and drained sliced water
chestnuts; mix gently. Pour into shallow casserole; sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
