Recipe: Honey Banana Whole Wheat Bread for Breadman TR560 (bread machine)

HONEY BANANA WHOLE WHEAT BREAD

MAKES A 1-1/2 LB. LOAF:
1/2 cup warm water
1 tbsp. butter or vegetable oil
3 tbsp. honey
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/4 cup bread flour
1 small banana, sliced
1 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry yeast

MAKES A 2 LB. LOAF:
2/3 cup warm water
1 1/2 tbsp. butter or oil
1/4 cup honey
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cup bread flour
1 banana, sliced
2 tsp. poppy seeds
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry yeast

Add all ingredients to bread pan in order given.

Use Basic Bread setting.
