ISO: whole wheat bread (machine)

I have a Breadman TR560 but recipes are difficult to find. Does anyone have a recipe that came with the original machine for whole wheat bread that calls for a sliced banana? And any other "light" recipes for the machine would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
