Recipe: Waffle Cookies (using cake mix)

Desserts - Cookies, Brownies, Bars
WAFFLE COOKIES

1 cake mix, any flavor
eggs, as required for cake mix
1/2 amount of water required for cake mix
2 tbsp. cooking oil
chopped nuts (optional)

Beat ingredients together. Nuts may be added to batter if desired.

Drop batter on hot waffle iron by tsp. and cook until waffle iron top lifts easily.

Cookies may be frosted in the "tracks", but they are delicious without frosting, too, or served with whipped cream and a spoon of strawberries on top for an easy dessert.
