DISH PAN COOKIES
Makes 10 to 12 dozen cookies
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups white sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups cooking oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 3/4 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 cups quick oatmeal
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
1 1/2 cups coconut
1 1/2 cups raisins
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
4 cups corn flakes
Combine sugars, eggs, oil and vanilla.
Stir in flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
Then stir in rest of ingredients--adding corn flakes last. Drop by teaspoons onto baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Store in airtight container.

1 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
1 cup raisins
1 cup flaked coconut
Blend together sugars and oil.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Gradually mix in flour, oats, soda, salt, corn flakes, chocolate chips, nuts, raisins and coconut.
Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325 degrees for 12 minutes.
ALL BOYS COOKIES
1 cups margarine, creamed
2 1/2 cups (1 box) brown sugar
3 eggs, beaten
3 cups oatmeal
2 cups corn flakes
2 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup raisins
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
Cream butter, sugar and then add eggs.
Add flour, soda, salt and remaining ingredients. Drop on cookie sheet by spoonfuls.
Bake 350 degrees 10 to 15 minutes.
