ISO: Macheesmo Mouse Boss Sauce

Misc.
Macheesmo Mouse, a chain of healthy "Mexican" food restaurants in the NW, has a sauce called Boss Sauce - similar to Pickapeppa Sauce - a sort of chili, perhaps tamarind, and orange flavored sauce, and you ladle it over rice and beans - excellent. I've searched everywhere for the recipe, but to no avail. The chain has been sold to an airline food company, so who knows if MM will even survive. I love their Boss Sauce, and they also have a wonderful fat free Sesame dressing, and I would love to have recipes if anyone knows the secret! Thanks so much!
