Recipe: Creamy Ham and Vegetable Dijon

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
CREAMY HAM AND VEGETABLE DIJON

1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup water or milk
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
3 cups diced cooked ham or chicken
1 (14 1/2 oz) can Del Monte peas and carrots, drained
1 (8 oz) can Del Monte French Style green beans, drained
TO SERVE:
cooked noodles, rice, or spoon into baked potatoes (optional)

Blend soup, 1/2 cup water or milk, and mustard in saucepan. Add chicken; cook 3 minutes.

Add vegetables; cook 3 minutes.

Serve with noodles, rice, or spoon into baked potatoes, if desired.

"Get Creative: For easy variety, try cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup. Or, try other Del Monte Vegetables, such as Whole Kernel Corn, Peas or Mixed Vegetables."
