Anthony's has a web site that post's a new recipe each month. I'm sure if you contact them they will give to the recipe. The address for Anthony's Fish Garotto is WWW.gofishanthonys.com
We just had dinner there this past Friday, and the waiter gave me the recipe for the mud pie, that I have searched over a year for on the web. Great food, great waiters, and a graet view at the harbor location. Good luck! Kerribeth
